BOOM:D

Hey, everyone (if anyone)...sorry I haven't posted in a while....I'm really happy though:) I went from 102.6 lbs to 97.4 lbs :D
My life's been boring...same stuff
Parents getting suspicious, friends begging me to eat, doing anything I can to seem like I'm eating. I found out that i actually have a chance with Sam...it probably won't last long though...I'll screw something up and he will hate me. That's all it takes to wipe away all hope. But I'm going to church this Sunday...I wonder how many calories are in the grape juice and cracker thingies (communion, body of Christ, blood of Christ). I take my beliefs pretty seriously...I leave room for communion in calories so I can get by with it. Most of the time that's the only thing I'll have all day. God is important to me, and I respect everyone's beliefs...Christian, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, atheist, etc....you're all welcome. I'll try not to get really religious on here. I want everyone to feel comfortable:)

ABC DIET

Hey guys (:
I'm trying to figure out how to make me blog more popular in the pro-ana community, but I'm thinking it'll just take time, as my blog is fairly new. I'm going to keep posting, and hopefully I'll get some followers. 
Anyways, today I'm starting the ABC (Ana Boot Camp) diet. For those of you who don't know, the ABC diet confuses your metabolism, which results in weight loss. The way it works is you eat so many calories one day, then the next you eat a different number, or you just fast. I've heard good things of this diet and I've been wanting to try it out. It goes on for 8 weeks. Wish me luck (:
If anyone has done the ABC diet, what were your results? Was it really difficult?

I know I haven't posted in forever, so I'm sorry. I've been having trouble logging in, but I promise I'll do better (:
So, the school year is over, and its summer
I'm happy, don't get me wrong, but I really have to watch it now
My parents will be watching my every move.
But there is hope (:
I'm in marching band (excuse to burn more cals), so I don't have to eat then. I only have a week of that left until July, but in July we'll be there from 8:30 to 4:30 marching, plus they provide lunch, so I can just so skip then. Bwahahahaha (:
I gotta get back into running...I've been working more on my core. Crunches are going to kill me one day, so are leg lifts, planks, and bodybuilders. Thing is, I went through about a month straight of binging, and gained it all back, plus some. It sucks. I feel so fat and weak. I don't want to go swimming because I'm too self conscious. I screwed up so bad. I need someone to help keep me on track. I can't do it alone.

1st day back:)

hi...i've never actually had a blog before...so it's kinda weird for me.
if there's any weird spelling errors  or random letters, it's because my kindle is stupid.
anyways my name is Erin, and i've been trying to  lose weight for as long as i can remember. i'll lose a ton of weight, then screw  up. i'll have to start all over again:(
that's why i made this blog. plus i  share some of my weight loss tips with all the other ana girls out there:)
